September was another record-breaking month for sports betting in New Jersey.

The Garden State raked in over $748.5 million in wagers, an all-time monthly record for a state in the U.S., according to a release on Wednesday from the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement. Of the record $748.5 million handle, over 90% was made via a mobile device. New Jersey had set the previous monthly record for handle with $667.9 million wagered in August 2020.

At a unique time in the world — and sports betting — the month saw Major League Baseball, the NBA, NHL, NFL and college football, along with a U.S. Open in golf and tennis for sports fans to wager on.

New Jersey has already taken in over $3.28 billion in sports betting handle in 2020, and the state has made $223.1 million in revenue off of those bets.

New Jersey — the third state to legalize widespread sports betting after the repeal of PASPA in May 2018, behind Nevada and Delaware — now holds two of the five largest handle months in legal U.S. sports betting history:

3. Nevada, Nov. 2019: $614.1 million
4. Nevada, March 2019: $596.7 million
5. Nevada, Nov. 2018: $581.0 million
